Application & Dosage

Check pH value: Before application, the pH value of the water must be adjusted to above 7.5.

Dosage: Add approx. 0.3 – 0.6 liters of Metall‑Ex per 10 m³ of water evenly to the water while the filter system is running.

Filter running time: Let the filter pump run for at least 48 hours and then backwash the filter.

pH control: After treatment, adjust the pH value to 7.0 – 7.6.
Tip: Metall-Ex can also be applied directly to dry deposits (e.g., in an empty pool) and allowed to work with a damp cloth before rinsing with water.
